The George Hotel on Tees is a magnificently restored 16th century coach-house which offers three excellent, recently refurbished, meeting rooms for hire.

All of our rooms have been skilfully renovated keeping the buildings exquisite character features in mind, aesthetics that will add that extra touch of class to any event.

The Ballroom
Enjoy breathtaking views across the River Tees in our grand Ballroom. Accommodating up to 150 delegates in a theatre style or 180 delegates in a cabaret style. The Ballroom has its own private bar, stage and sprung dance floor, making it the ideal space for presentations, balls, or dinner dances.

The Pavilion
Spacious, inviting and elegant. The Pavilion?s large windows flood the room with natural daylight, providing a light and tranquil atmosphere for your event. The Pavilion can cater for up to 80 delegates in both a theatre or cabaret style layout.

The Library
Perfect for small meetings or breakout space for up to 10 delegates, the Library Room with its own fireplace and own fixed boardroom table, will help to provide a warm and relaxing space for your meeting.

We have a range of in-house audio-visual equipment for hire. The George Hotel has Wi-Fi Broadband Internet available in all areas of the Hotel Conference facilities and accommodation.
